The International MANTORSHIFT Institute

We established the International MANTORSHIFT Institute in order to bring about a shift for men. Masculinity today is under scrutiny, and for good reason. Men have often been abusive and violent with women, and this has rightfully brought about feminism and the #metoo movement. At the same time, the only solution to toxic masculinity is to define what healthy masculinity is. We have initiated a conversation with leading minds in science, art, religion, and business to redefine together our vision for Modern Masculinity.

The MANTORSHIFT Initiative
has a four-fold purpose

Speaking and workshops

Tailored programs to give participants a unique experience of working through the concept of Modern Masculinity and building their own meaningful model of what that is for them.

MANTORSHIFT Groups

Mastermind groups where men can have a safe environment to discuss balancing masculinity and femininity in their key roles in life. The groups follow a unique curriculum that guides the shift in terms of exploring and defining purpose, identity, and strong supportive values for healthy and modern manhood.

Research

In order to find a compelling and comprehensive answer to the question of Modern Masculinity, we have launched a research project and are currently interviewing influential thinkers and experts from various scientific backgrounds. We are talking to biologists, social and clinical psychologists, artists, religious leaders, and public policy experts. The results of this work are being published in the form of blogs and videos on the MANTORSHIFT INITIATIVE website and other prominent media outlets, such as Psychology Today.

Events and books

We are building a community where men can explore and find answers to their questions regarding masculinity and humanity. We are an influential force for the betterment of work relations, and it is our hope that this work will reduce the scary trends of suicide, addiction, and depression among men.

I am Mickey A. Feher and I am the Founder and CEO of the International MANTORSHIFT Institute.

My passion is working with men and women to find meaning and embrace their full selves so that they can take their lives to the next level. I have also been a speaker, executive coach, and facilitator for 15 years now. Before this, I worked for 17 years in sales management and C-level leadership on a global level. I consider myself lucky to have worked with CEOs and senior leadership teams of both small private companies and multi-billion-dollar publicly traded organizations. I have an accent that I am proud of and a very diverse cultural background. I have lived and worked all over the world, which taught me how to build bridges between different cultures and lifestyles.

I help men find and understand the secret sauce that makes them uniquely them. A human’s whole self includes the best of what we traditionally considered masculine and feminine. It is being decisive and fierce but also tender and playful. It is about showing up in our true beauty as an inspiring human.
